Add a custom essential oil blend or a session with our red light therapy mats to your class. For red light therapy, add 30 minutes as this is done after class. Essential oils and red light therapy can be added when you book online, or in-person when you come to class. Simply add your class time, and on the next screen, you will have a chance to add those services to your booking.
